Nearly a million dollars has been raised in the Lake Wales Charter School Foundation capital campaign. Following the announcement by Board of Trustees Chair Robin Gibson that the goal of 100-percent participation in all six schools had been reached, a question was raised about the validity of Gibson’s report.
“Do you believe it’s legit?” Anthony Cothron, owner of Anthony’s Auto Sales in Lake Wales, asked.
