It’s official. After starting as a “hawk” in the second grade, Hillcrest Elementary School Principal Jennifer Barrow now rules the roost.

“It’s a dream come true for me,” exclaimed Barrow, appointed the school’s eighth principal after a national and on-line search to fill the position. “I’m so honored and blessed to come home to the school I attended as a child.”
