These Highlander Boosters provide much help to the Lake Wales High School football team throughout the season. Not in order, are: Anthony Cothron (president), Kirk Perkins (vice president), Rance Crabtree, Joe Settles and Nathan Mint.

The Lake Wales Booster Club has a core group of hearty volunteers. Participating week in and week out are members Anthony Cothron (president), Kirk Perkins (vice president), Rance Crabtree, Joe Settles and Nathan Mint. Fans could see them in the stands for every Highlander football game. This group of men furnish their own transportation, utility trailer and gas to follow the team to each football game.

On long road-trips, a common meet-up point is planned en route in which they meet up with the team buses, open up the back of their trailer, open coolers full of water and Gatorade, set up tables for the serving line, and hand out plates to the team. And they do a whole lot more.
