Venice Concert Band performs

Bill Millner directs the popular Venice Concert Band that fills the Venice Community Center for 7 p.m. monthly concerts in season. Two more concerts are scheduled on March 25 and April 29.

Venice Concert Band’s spring concert will feature music by Leroy Anderson, Rodgers and Hammerstein and a composition by Benjamin Franklin.
Directed by Bill Millner, the 75-piece band will feature its trumpet player, Chris Chiodo, playing Leroy Anderson’s “A Trumpeter’s Lullaby.”
