NORTH PORT — New city commissioners had a busy first two days, including trips to Orlando on Thursday, then off to Tampa and back to City Hall on Friday, and several places scheduled in North Port today.

Ever since Rhonda DiFranco placed her right hand on the Bible and pledged to serve North Port as the Seat 3 commissioner Wednesday, she’s been traveling nonstop.
