Economic plan reveals sprawling vision

NORTH PORT — A health care district featuring more medical services for women and expanding the University of South Florida’s facilities here are just some of the details unveiled Friday in a voluminous plan presented by the North Port Economic Development Corporation.

Now, the NPEDC needs more input — and investors.
