ENGLEWOOD — Charlotte County could be ready to start replacing the tender house on the Tom Adams Bridge by the end of 2013.

County Public Works project manager Chuck Koons said Thursday the engineering design is 60 percent complete. He expects the design to be complete by the end of the summer, and the project to be bid for construction at the end of 2013.
