Stephen Anthony “Stevie” Bizdikian, 16, of North Port, Fla., passed away Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at his residence in North Port.

He was born Dec. 3, 1995, in Port Charlotte, Fla.

Stephen was a life long resident of the Port Charlotte and North Port area. He was an excellent musician playing the bass guitar, and other instruments in the band called Kommitted. He was a partner with his father in Creative Design, lawn and landscaping service. Stevie was loved by all who knew him, and the family’s only child. He was an avid fisherman.

Stephen is survived by his father and mother, Stephen and Lisa Bizdikian of North Port; maternal grandparents, Ginny and Sal Bangiovi of Port Charlotte; and his paternal grandmother, Helene Bizdikian of North Port. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Bizdikian.

Visitation from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. today Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Kays-Ponger and Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd., Port Charlotte. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
