Salon, tattoo studio vying for Herald Court leases
PUNTA GORDA — The Punta Gorda Community Redevelopment Agency’s agent brought two businesses bearing proposals to lease spaces in the publicly owned Herald Court Centre to the CRA’s meeting Wednesday.
Both would-be tenants, Sue Redmond of Serendipity Salon and Spa, and Jason Brown of the tattoo art studio Otherside Ink, say their unique boutiques will cater to the more discerning of patrons. The CRA board voted to move forward toward drafting leases for the businesses at the conclusion of its discussion.
