SARASOTA COUNTY — The Florida Association of Counties concluded its annual three-day legislative conference in Sarasota on Friday, agreeing it must push forward in its efforts to work with the state Legislature on several key issues.

“There are a lot of important issues, but the ones that are on my radar are the communication tax and Medicaid,” Sarasota County Commission Chairwoman Christine Robinson said.
