CHARLOTTE HARBOR — One woman died and another was injured in a collision Sunday afternoon at Harborview Road and Laverne Street, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Kelly De Reno, 51, of Punta Gorda, was killed when her Honda Accord veered into the westbound lane and collided head-on with a Dodge Caravan driven by Michelle Saunders, 47, of Deep Creek, according to a report.
