Students tour
Freeman House
Best days ever in the historic Freeman House — our office in Punta Gorda — as we hosted more than 200 fourth-grade students from Sallie Jones and East Elementary schools.
As part of Punta Gorda’s 125th anniversary celebration, the students received a historical tour of the house, thanks to Carla Scott, our house manager and a docent for the Historical Society. As expected, some of the students enjoyed the tour more than others, but almost all of them agreed that the doll in the bedroom upstairs is “creepy” (it’s her eyes). It’s fun to see and hear so much enthusiasm and energy.
