Elodie Lincks Vosburgh, 94, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away peacefully at home in Port Charlotte Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012.

She was born Sept. 9, 1918, in New Orleans, La.

Elodie moved to Port Charlotte from Miami in 1980. She was a member of the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church. Elodie was a very generous person, having given several houses to Habitat for Humanity, and many special gifts to her church.

She has no immediate survivors. Elodie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles N. Vosburgh Jr. in 1998.

At Elodie’s request, no memorial services will be held. A private interment will be at a later date in Restlawn Memorial Gardens of Port Charlotte, with Rev. Brian James officiating. Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to sign the memorybook, and extend condolences.
