Sandra “Sandy” Davis Creevey, 71, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Friday, March 15, 2013.

She was born Oct. 24, 1941, in Dayton, Ohio.

After high school, Sandra graduated from Elkhart University of Medical & Dental Technique. She moved from Dayton to Port Charlotte 30 years, ago where she worked at several dental offices in the area, finally retiring from The Art in Dentistry office two years ago.

Sandy is survived by her loving family, including her brother, Richard (Judy) Davis; daughters, Diane (Mark) Busch, Pam (David) Greco and Gail (Steve) Uebelacker; niece, Jennifer (George) Coppit; nephew, Richard (Sybil) Davis; 10 grandchildren; four great-nieces and great-nephews; four great-grandchildren; and a host of lifelong friends.

Visitation will be held 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 6 p.m., Monday, March 18, 2013, at Roberson Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral services and interment will be held in Dayton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sandy’s memory may be made to Tidewell Hospice Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238. Friends may visit Sandy’s online guestbook at www.robersonfh.com to sign the memory book and extend condolences to her family.

Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel.
