Robert W. Leonard, 78, formerly a longtime resident of Castleton, N.Y., passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013, in Port Charlotte, Fla.

He was the husband of Lucille (nee Carney) Leonard, and he was a Korean War-era U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Mr. Leonard is survived by his sons, Daniel Barnes, Steven (Carmen) Leonard and Brian (Patti) Leonard; brother, George (Rose) Leonard; sister, Winifred Leonard; and grandchildren, Kyle (Katie), Sabrina, Sean, Katie and Kelli.

Calling hours will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Ave., Castleton. His funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at New Sacred Heart Cemetery.
