The newest characters on the scene at Charlotte High School's Character Day Thursday — part of this year's homecoming week festivities — were the Three Blind Referees (aka junior Bryce Douglas, senior Alice Horton and junior Chaz Taylor), in reference to the substitute referees who were seen in the news recently.
