PUNTA GORDA — While walking to Port Charlotte Middle School one day, Shamar Harvey, a student at the school, noticed that an elderly gentleman did not look well.

After walking ahead of him, he decided to go back and ask him if he was all right. The senior citizen answered that he was not and wanted some help. Harvey raced to his school and notified the staff, who immediately called 911, which then dispatched an ambulance to the scene.
