Luxury homes making a comeback

As real estate starts to make a comeback in the region, area luxury homes are starting to sell again, real estate professionals say. This recently listed home on Manasota Key is priced at $6.9 million.

ENGLEWOOD — High-end real estate is once again starting to sell in the Englewood area, or as real estate broker Maryann Casey puts it, “Properties we couldn’t give away a couple of years ago are suddenly in demand.”
Casey, who’s with Michael Saunders & Company, primarily deals in the luxury home market.
