A Pet Parade and Festival fundraiser for the 2013 Charlotte County Heart Walk, to benefit the American Heart Association, was held Saturday at Edison State College Charlotte Campus in Punta Gorda. The event featured a pet parade and costume contest, along with vendor exhibits, raffles, a pooch smooch booth and more. The event raised $1,000 toward a goal of $5,000.
