T he ’80s made a royal comeback June 21 at the Celtic Ray, 145 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda.

With DJ “Deevo” Eddie Messina playing all the favorites of the decade, balloons and beach balls flying though the air, decorations featuring popular toys from the 1980s and images of Ferris Bueller covering the walls, the pub was packed with all ages who dressed the part for the evening.
