Iris Theresa Aleixo, 87, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed into heaven, Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, to meet her beloved husband, Arthur Aleixo.

She leaves behind her son, Art Aleixo Jr. of Naples, Fla.; daughter, Gracie (Wayne Filyaw) Aleixo-Filyaw of Port Charlotte; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
