Clifford Lee “Cliff” Arney Jr., 35, formerly of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013.

He was born in Germany, May 2, 1977.

Cliff’s nickname was “Boogie.” He was a martial artist and a guitarist.

Cliff is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sarah and Michael Hammett; sister, LeeAnn LeCroix; brother, Joey Hendricks; children, Lexi, Brendon, Scott and Bryan; partner, Valerie Stephenson; stepchildren, Courtney and Jayden; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Clifford Arney Sr.; and sister, Angie Durrance.

All are invited to his memorial at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, at First Alliance Church, 20444 Midway Blvd., Port Charlotte, with a reception to follow.
