PORT CHARLOTTE — A Cape Coral man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly stealing a semi-tractor valued at $40,000 on Oct. 6, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

William Reed Arthur, 58, of the 2400 block of N.W. 20th Place, was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle in connection with the incident.
