Franklin L. Pugh
Franklin L. Pugh, 88, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Douglas T. Jacobson State Veterans Nursing Home.
Born on March 5, 1925 in Alabama, he had been a career officer with the U.S. Air Force and retired in 1973 as a Chief Master Sergeant. He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Venice and was a life member of Carolina Masonic Lodge #375 and the Fort Walton Beach Madgi Shine Club.
Survivors include his loving wife of 16 years, Kitty Losh; four sons: Michael, Stuart, David and Franklin Pugh; two daughters: Bonnie Hale and Betsy Pugh; four step-children; ten grand children and five great grandchildren.
Services: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Christ United Methodist Church, 1475 Center Road, Venice, FL 34292.
Contributions: Memorial contributions may be made to the Christ United Methodist Church — Scholarship Fund in memory of Frank Pugh.
