The Venice girls soccer team left Pirates Cove with a victory, but Indians coach Gary Bolyard wasn’t giving his team any style points.

“They didn’t work on what we talked about in the game,” he said. “We got our goals, but we just weren’t executing what we wanted to execute during the game. But we got the win and got a lot of our bench players some valuable minutes tonight.”
