Indians close Teepee, start fight for Amber

Ironically, on the night the Venice Indians played their final match in the Teepee, volleyball was an afterthought.

Venice cruised past Ida Baker 25-9, 25-19, 25-14 Tuesday night, and the team will play its first match in the new Teepee Thursday when the Indians host Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas in a rematch of last year’s 7A championship.
