Angling success is easy. Consistent angling success is not, and requires a commitment.

Happy New Year, everyone! I personally have great expectations for 2013 and I‘m really hoping my feelings of excitement for this New Year is not without warrant. I am going to give you a quick rundown from 13 different subjects from articles written in WaterLine in 2012 so we can all get our fishing world off to a great start in this (un?)lucky-numbered year.
The number thirteen is a symbol of bad luck in the minds of many people throughout the world. The unluckiness of this number dates back many centuries. As far as I can tell, its origins started way back in the times when monks used the full moon to arrange their calendars (at least that’s what I got from my Internet research). The monks considered years there were 13 full moons instead of 12 to be unlucky, mainly due to fact that the extra full moon throw off the arrangements of their church festivals.
